Fears & Phobias

Fear is a natural response to a dangerous situation activating our flight and fight response. It helps to protect us, however, when these fears start to take over our life and stop us from functioning normally it becomes a phobia and problematic.

People can develop phobias to anything including flying, spiders, heights, speaking in public, crowds and many more.
