First appointment - £70 - 1 hour

The first session includes a free relaxation recording and a comprehensive exploration of your best hopes from us working together in a very positive and solution focused way. This will help us to decide the best way for you to achieve your goal.

We will talk about how the brain works to give you a clearer insight into why we react to certain situations in the way we do.

I will also inform you about my privacy policy and any contact or discussions will always remain completely confidential.

Follow up sessions - £70 - 1 hour

At follow up sessions we will check on progress and discover ways to enable you to move forward in a positive way. Using Solution Focused questions combined with hypnotherapy can help to boost you to feel better quickly.​​

6 Session Package - £390 (in advance)

A very popular and cost effective package of 6 therapy sessions, preferably weekly or fortnightly to suit your needs. These sessions will support you to continue with your progression and encourage and empower you to change your unwanted behaviour and beliefs. Sometimes I offer bespoke and personal recordings for you depending on your personal needs.

One to One CBT for the management of menopause symptoms including hot flushes & night sweats

6 sessions - £490 (each session is 90 minutes) Online or face to face

Group CBT - 6 sessions - 2 hours each session. Minimum 10 people.

Online or face to face £210 (£35 per session)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is recommended by NICE (2015) as a treatment option for women during perimenopause and post menopause.

  • Anxiety & Stress - what can help

  • Sleep - ways to help you sleep better

  • Night sweats - managing symptoms

Session 5

  • Healthy lifestyle

  • Setting future goals

  • Problem solving in a positive, solution focused way
